Mr. Glen is the Founder and Managing Director of Aviator Capital. Since its inception in 2008 he has managed AAA tenants and negotiated leases with publically listed companies, government funded organisations and award winning entrepreneurs.

Mr. Glen has also acted as Development Manager for an $80 million master-planned residential development in the Hunter Valley. His responsibilities included project and construction management, as well as being responsible for negotiations up to ministerial level.

He is also a director of Pure Property Management which has offices in NSW and QLD and specialises in commercial asset management.
