Aviator Mortgage Fund

The Aviator Mortgage Fund produces income by providing loans to selected Borrowers which are secured by either registered first or second ranking mortgages or through investing in Participation Interests. Aviator will only offer loans or invest in Participation Interests with respect to approved real estate investment and property development opportunities in the CBD and metropolitan areas of Australian capital cities and major regional centres.
