Mr. Glen is the Founder and Managing Director of Aviator Capital. Since its inception in 2008 he has managed AAA tenants and negotiated leases with publicly listed companies, government funded organisations and award winning entrepreneurs.

Mr. Glen has also acted as Development Manager for an $80 million master-planned residential development in the Hunter Valley. His responsibilities included project and construction management, as well as being responsible for negotiations up to ministerial level. He is also a director of Pure Property Management which has offices in NSW and QLD and specialises in commercial asset management.

Andrew has over 20 years of experience in the accounting, business advisory and banking professions.

Andrew’s specialist experience and knowledge are predominantly in the areas of business improvement, management consulting, strategic planning and sales readiness, corporate finance and business valuation. His professional background includes four years with a major banking institution in their corporate banking team, with the remainder of his working life spent in the public practice accounting profession.

Andrew is known for his pragmatic approach and brings independence and accountability to business particularly family businesses. He works closely with many clients as a member of the board, advisory board or as a consultant and known for his ability to connect people.

Mr Prior has many years experience as a board member of large private companies, as well as extensive experience managing large programs and projects. In addition, Mr Prior comes with significant experience as a property, commercial and corporate lawyer for over 15 years. As an experienced senior manager of a large multi-national company, and vested interest as an investor in Aviator’s funds, Mr Prior brings a diverse and balanced perspective to the Aviator Capital Board.

Mark comes with over 10 years institutional real estate experience and has worked at Knight Frank Brisbane as a Senior Analyst, GWL Realty Advisors (Canada Life) in Asset Management for a $2.5 billion portfolio, including shopping centres and office buildings, and most recently as a Transaction Manager at one of Australia’s leading Property Syndicators.

Mark’s diverse analytical and asset management experience make him a key team member for Acquisitions and Asset Management for Aviator.

Vanessa is Aviator’s Fund Administrator. She oversees the investor database and unitholder registers, distributions, statements, and all correspondence to keep our investors up to date and informed. She works closely with the senior leadership team to ensure that Aviator provides the highest level of service and relationship management.

Mr. Lawrance has been a private client advisor with well-known stock-broking firms in New South Wales and Queensland. He has advised both wholesale and retail clients and built a solid reputation for market and stock assessment.

Mr. Lawrance holds RG146 competencies for Securities, Deposits, Insurance Products, Superannuation, Margin Lending, Derivatives, CFDs and other complex derivative instruments. His extensive market research, trading experience and macro-economic assessment delivers substantial benefits to Aviator‘s financial services.

Mr. Jones is the Founder, Principal and Director of Ian Jones Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd, as well as being a Responsible Manager for Aviator Capital.

He provides a wealth of experience for our General Insurance authorisation and adds value to our investors through sound insurance advice and asset protection.

Ian Jones Insurance Brokers has access to over 150 APRA general insurers and underwriting agencies, and has been a member of Steadfast since 1997.

Mr. Mitchell has worked as an Analyst for a Queensland based property developer within the Asset Management team, overseeing a $112 million portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial assets. Mr Mitchell brings to the team his experience in active asset management, financial modelling and devising portfolio strategy.
